“Subaltern Mumble”
stage performance with half live music and hardly spoken word

Performance imitates concert-like format and consists of a sequence of audio-sketches, including minimalistic songs, poetry readings, talk, musical collages, loops and soundscapes. Poorly articulated, it explores the grey zone between speech and mumble, amateur and professional, self-ironicly refering to the well-known work by Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak.22
